| What is the normal wait time at My Urgent Care? |
| Wait times are very short. Unlike an emergency room, where wait times can be as much as 3-4 hours or even more. At My Urgent Care you will typically be seen within 20-30 minutes of your check-in. Many times these waits are even shorter. |
| Do I have to make an appointment prior to coming in? |
| No. We encourage walk in visits. In fact, we do not take appointments. |
| Do I need to pay with cash? |
| Very few of our patients pay with cash. We work with most major insurances and we also accept credit cards. Patients will be responsible for their insurance co-pay (varies by plan), but credit cards are typically used for this fee. We do not
accept personal checks. |
