Meeting Your Health Related Needs
Exceeding Your Urgent Care Expectations

FAQ

Do I have to be "In-Network" with my insurance company to visit My Urgent Care?
No. My Urgent Care will bill your insurance for you in the event that your carrier is not considered "In-Network". You will be responsible for the difference between the amount of the bill, and the amount paid by your insurance carrier. Please remember that your co-pays may be higher in that event.

Is it more expensive to visit an Urgent Care rather than an Emergency?
A visit to My Urgent Care is much less costly than a traditional hospital emergency room. Our fees are much lower and we do not charge a separate large fee for "Facility use" as the hospitals do.

When should I visit my primary care physician, rather than My Urgent Care?
My Urgent Care is not set up to be a replacement for your traditional primary care physician. However, My Urgent Care is an excellent option for your medical needs during those times when you cannot get an appointment with your primary care physician in a timely manner, or at a time when the primary care physician's office is not open, such as after hours, weekends and holidays. We work closely with your primary care physician on a treatment plan specifically tailored to your medical needs and we encourage you to follow up with your primary care physician.
