Billing

Many people are often confused about the billing process in the medical field as a whole, and at an Urgent Care in particular. The process in not as complex as you might think. My Urgent Care will submit your insurance information to our outsourced billing company, Globerian, immediately following your visit. Globerian will work hand and hand with your insurance carrier. Following your visit, within legal time frame of 30 days, your insurance carrier will provide us payment and/or just Explanation of Benefits (EOB) regarding your visit and at the same time your insurance carrier will provide you, too, with an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) regarding your visit. It is as simple as that.

Any questions that you have with regard to your bill, independent of your insurance carrier, can be directly referred to Globerian at (703) 881-3150.

To ensure accurate billing, please present your insurance card, policy holder's information and a photo ID at the time of registering. We require that you pay your co-pay, co-insurance, deductibles or pay in full prior to your visit or at the time of service. For your convenience all major credit cards, and cash are accepted. We do not accept personal checks.
